AppDV: add parse_html_tabTitle opt (default true)

By default, rendered AppDV template contents are now post-process parsed
for <title> tags and, if found, are used to to the tabTitle and tabIconCls
in the same manner as AutoPanel parses content for <title> when rendering
plain/dump html content. This is the case when rendering standard
templates via the Template::Controller system, so now AppDV templates work
the same as other templates regarding parsing and use of <title>
