Update V-Respiratory probe set from 2020-01 to add OC43

This updates the V-Respiratory probe set added in 2020-01 to include the
species Betacoronavirus 1. Notably, this species contains Human
coronavirus OC43, a common human coronavirus. It was mistakenly left out
of the earlier version.
