* fixes the case of a zip upload with a lower-level directory

* works with an arbitraryily named category or key

* doing this by finding the proper trackList

* fixed tar.gz I hope

* fixed variable name

* fixed tar file and output paths

* fix test versus symlink

* cleaned up

* seems to solve both sets of tests

* unit test added and working

* stubbed out more code

* symlink and other tests now working

* zip tests are finished

* added tarball version

* fixed the remaining unit tests
