* Add pr to enable testing changes

* Remove PR trigger

* Remove sudo

* Move valgrind install to script

* Make script executable

* Use su instead of sudo

* Update build image

* Fix permissions

* Cleanup pipeline, fix test command

* Don't use Debug in Valgrind pipeline as it is too slow

* Update build-linux-valgrind.yml
