Commit Message

New module RapidApp::Module::DbicRowDV

Added a new module 'DbicRowDV' which extends AppDV, configuring
specifically for the case of a DataView for a single, DBIC row.

This doesn't really add features, just a specific config for the
very complex AppDV.

Also added preliminary POD in AppDV directing users to the new
module

(set dev ver 1.0401_02)
