Revert "Remove CsrfDisableMiddleware." Reopen #297

This reverts commit 7b9eec50d.

Missing CSRF token causes all AJAX views to fail which ATM are
too many to deal with easily. Once TP and TR pages are refactored
to Patternfly there shouldn't be any pages using AJAX views and this
should be safer to remove.

There should be no jQ.ajax() or $.ajax() functions with method POST!
