Add performance test (#168)

- Reorganize tests folder structure - split tests into end-to-end, unit and performance
- Add a performance test. Measure performance with `format = html` to cover the default use case. Use `PerformanceObserver` to make actual execution time visible in the failed test. Set threshold 6000 approximately 1000ms away from the worst value on CI.
