CBL-717: Fix in..batch API (#2616)

* in batch API when thrown exception where not cancelling the transactions.
* created separate method with blockWithError and start handle when swift throws exception.
* in case of objc, this was not catching the exception and aborting the transaction, it also handled.
* added unit tests to prove the fix works.
