Formatting option for Brazilian postcodes (#1117)

* Supporting raw pt_BR postcodes

Added an option to get non formatted postcodes for brazilian locale with
accompanying tests.

* Add comment and move postcode template

Added comments describing the postcode function and its new parameter.

Also moved the templates outside the function.

* Fix tests
