explicitly look for 'sqlalchemy.' to avoid false positives on sqlalchemy_foo.something_else

While using a customize ModelConverter to handle sqlalchemy_utc.sqltypes.UtcDateTime,
this code hit the wrong branch because that "starstwith" sqlalchemy, too.  Adding
the '.' explicitly to the startswith call will do what the original code was trying to
do without breaking on similarly named modules.
