Make package imports external by default in Rollup config

Instead of keeping a complicated list of external dependencies per
package, declare all imports as external except for relative paths,
aliases and absolute paths generated by
@babel/plugin-transform-runtime.

This will make sure newly added dependecies will be external by
default.

Comparing the build before/after this change only shows two changes:

* `classnames` is external now.

* In development build, `prop-types` and its dependencies are also
external now.
