Improve Travis cache configuration (#1443)

* Improve Travis cache operation:

  * Cache `~/.rustup` and remove the `~/.cargo/registry/src`
as recommended in Travis Rust docs:
https://docs.travis-ci.com/user/languages/rust/#dependency-management

  * Remove messages from the Travis cache

* Also, ignore folder with generated sources
