Add optional support for keyring to store credentials.

From @netheril96's pull request:

> An optional switch (`-k` or `--keyring`) for storing credential in the
> system keyring (e.g. Keychain in Mac OS X or Credential Vault in
> Windows). This is more secure than *netrc* method because keyring usually
> encrypts the password, and has stricter privilege separation than file
> system.

I resolved conflicts against the following files, due to changes in the
project between the time of the pull request and now:

    README.md
    coursera/coursera_dl.py
    coursera/test/test_credentials.py
    requirements.txt

I just made sure that the basic tests are passing, but there may be more to
make the keyring work.

This closes #290.
