feat: add show, stage, and run subcommands to the CLI (#11)

* add compact cli subcommands, run/show/setup

* add tests for show/stage subcommands

* import StringIO

* print all messages to stderr, output to stdout

* more tests for show subcommand

* remove lint

* better test if reading from/writing to stdin/stdout

* test read from/write to stdin/stdout

* test cli without any subcommands

* remove line from coverage

* split lines for testing output with Windows

* compare stripped lines when writing to stdout
