Bump rustc version to 1.41.0 [ECR-4229] (#1429)

Bump rustc version to stable (1.41.0).

Move create_database and btc-anchroring 
to java_bindings crate so that any client modules
needing RocksDB symbols are contained within
java_bindings. No symbols from dependencies
(incl. RocksDB) are implicitly re-exported since 1.37,
hence RocksDB is no longer accessible from java_bindings
to exonum-java. Re-exporting RocksDB symbols
is not trivial: https://github.com/exonum/exonum-java-binding/pull/1429#pullrequestreview-359532002

Also move some other duplicated dependencies into
libjava_bindings, so they are not linked multiple times 
to java_bindings lib and exonum-java app.

Finally, removed some unused crates.
