Commit Message

Use role="progressbar" to denote the user's progress through the wizard.

Opted to use progressbar rather a tablist/tabpanels since we're not actually changing tabs the way that spec for tablists defines their usage. Progressbar seemed to be the next logical choice for conveying the information that we wanted.
