Commit Message

unify GTP peer IP handling in v1 and v2 handlers

Running erGW as a dual stack GTP GSN is currently not supported. Only
single stack (either IPv4 or IPv6) is supported. R15.7 clarified how
advertising dual stack capabilities should be done and who to use
such advertisements (hand-over from one version to the other).

Adjust our handling to match the specification update.
