* Unsubscribe after subscribe long-poll fix (#351)

* ^ fixed issue because of which unsubscribe requests didn't terminated previous long-poll subscribe request (CE-3080)

* . removed 'receiver-is-weak' clang warning suppression since it was deprecated

* . added new method to unsubscribe from all channels and groups with completino block (CE-3074) (#352)

* . prepared for 4.7.2 release
