Fix getInitialProps error (#72)

- Move to react hooks and useQuery, from react-apollo and recompose
- Move to using next-with-apollo instead of next-apollo
- Delete _app.js and move graphql wrapping onto pages
- Remove getInitialProps from index page (as there are no props to pass in)
