Merge pull request #13 from joyja/store-and-forward

Store & Forward, If any primary host is offline Tentacle will store data until all primary hosts are online. When all primary hosts are online the historical data will be deleted from the buffer after being published. Future release TODO: Add a GB cap for the buffer size, add throttling for publishing the stored data.
