Fix symlink path (#68)

* Fix symlink path extraction

- When compression, take link target at a same directory as symlink
  exist.
- When decompression, create dummy file first and replace it with
  symlink. This helps creating symbolic link not in order of link
  path.
- Fix extraction of junction on windows
