Teach fathom-extract to deal with unknown MIME types.

Before, it was emitting resource filenames like '34None'. Now it asks the user and remembers the answer (though you should add them to the dict by hand at the end of the run as well).

Also added some webby types (from an MDN page) that guess_extension() didn't know.
