Remove pageflow-react from yarn workspace list

Keep dependencies of `pageflow-react` in a separate yarn.lock file to
reduce the risk of breaking `pageflow-react` by installing/changing
packages used by the newer packages. For now `pageflow-react` is not
intended to change.

This came up since while trying to install Storybook in the
`pageflow-scrolled` package, which broke the Enzyme setup of
`pageflow-react` since some packages were pulled up to the root
`node_modules` directory by Yarn.
