DEC-278:
 - Modified CacheKeys::Generator to pass the controller instance to the generators and always call the current action name. There was very little reason to allow this customization before, and doing it this way will simplify the setup and generate calls made by the controllers
 - Changed V1::Collections and its CacheKeys generator to use this slightly modified method and to also allow for injecting a cache key generator (although I'm still not sure this is useful since we are not controlling instantiation of the controllers).
