Change documentation to recommend using _subLayerProps (#329)

Now that deck.gl supports overridding sublayer properties through _subLayerProps, nebula.gl no longer has to proxy props through. This PR changes the documentation to encourage use of _subLayerProps and no longer documents the pass-through props.

In future, we may remove these pass-through props and dramatically simplify `EditableGeoJsonLayer` implementation since much of it is proxying deck.gl's props.
