Fixes to travis.yml (#228)

* Fix and simplify travis config

Travis seems to have stopped supporting allow_failure in combination with matrix.include, so we can no longer do experimental osx and python 3.8 tests either. Integration tests against a deterministic environment are now done in XENON's base_environment, so we can use a more basic travis yml.

* Remove version stripping in setup.py
