Commit Message

SequenceControlSet Copy

Simplified the logic in the copy sequence control set

Removed individual member copy and unused write_count
variable.

Bulk of the copying is now done by a simple EB_MEMCPY

sb_geom and sb_params_array structures are handled with
special logic.
