Plugin tests: Do not remove dependencies

Uninstalling a NetworkManager plugin with DNF might result in DNF
removing dependencies, that are no longer needed. Since they are not
cached, installing the plugin after the test without network access
might fail. Use `rpm -e` to remove NetworkManager plugins because it
does not remove dependencies.
