* Added notebook to study sedimentary H-beta method
* Implemented Tao sedimentary waveform propagation method and replicated results of Tao on NE68.
* Added helper function to use syngine to return simple synthetic seismograms.
* Added helper function to load series of SAC files and convert to single HDF5 file written by obspy. Implement sinc waveform resampling function for algorithmic alignment with reference code.
* Developed and tuned prototype Tao algorithm applied to real data from AusArray
* Moved stream curation out of receiver_fn, since it is not specific to RFs and will be used by non-RF analyses
* Added simple unit test for sinc resampling
* Added unit testing for simple stream curation. Cleaned up some log output and documentation
