Commit Message

create template for user email address

Before you could only specify the domain for newly created
user.  Now it's a template:
  {username}@example.com
This make the configuration option more human readable and also
allows for custom prefixes or suffixes in the email address. This
change also removes the support for th PYFARM_AUTO_USERS_DEFAULT_DOMAIN
environment variable which follows a different format.
