fix: update clean script for examples to be compatible with `lb4 example`

Fixes https://github.com/strongloop/loopback-next/issues/4545

Please note that `lb4 example` rename `tsconfig.build.json` to
`tsconfig.json`. As a result, the build cache file is `tsconfig.tsbuildinfo`.
