zephyr: Update for in-tree Makefile.exports support.

Makefile.exports was originally introduced with Kbuild build system. That
functionality was regressed after switching to CMake, and had to be
"emulated" on 3rd-party application side, exposing internals of Zephyr's
CMake build system, which is of course fragile as they may, and do, change.

Now, support to generate Makefile.exports is part of the core Zephyr build
system, which allows to simplify integration with it largely.

Also, there's now official "zephyr_generated_headers" target to make all
auto-generated files, use it.
