Changelog: update channels setup upgrade instructions

Since we recommend it in the documentation, a common setup is to have
all CATMAID processes managed by Supervisor. In this case, the
parameters how Daphne is called has to be adjusted and the worker
process removed. This is because of the upgrade to channels 2.
