Windows fix (#26)

* fixed watchlist, command runner to be cross platform
* now correctly listens to user commands
* long tests can be interrupted with `ctrl+c`
* fixed test finding to always normalize file paths and test dirs
* this fixes #25

Tests:
* made integration and unit tests work cross platform
* moved from done() callbacks to promises
* moving to chai from node asserts

Other:
* updated npm packages
* build on node 12
