Accessize views [ECR-4150] (#1374)

Added Access interface to Java, similar to AccessExt in Rust.
Access works as the index factory, and must be used to
create indexes in service code.

Overloads for groups and protobuf types are *not* added to Access.

View is renamed to AbstractAccess and is planned to be the base
class for all future Accesses — Prefixed, Migration, etc.

All service code was migrated to index factories.
