First draft of Capitains metadata prototypes, XML metadata classes, and local XML resolver based on the new guidelines (#199)

Implementation of guidelines 3.0 is finished for collections

* This includes metadata objects for collections and readable collections (gone are the CTS objects for these, e.g., edition, translation, commentary have been subsumed into readable and text inventory, text group, and work are now all collection objects)

* There is also a new local XML resolver for these objects

* Two major differences in corpus organization:

   * there is no limit on how deep or shallow a collection can be. In the previous guidelines it was always three level: text group, work, edition. Now it can be anywhere from 1 to infinity levels deep.

   * An object can now have two or more parents

* This includes a breaking change in that the `parents` attribute on an object has been changed to `ancestors`
