[github2] Update github2 fields

This code updates the github2 fields in order to aggregate
issue, pull requests and their comments. The new fields are:
- is_github_comment: needed to aggregate issue and review comments
- issue_url: needed to aggregate issue and pull info together, since
  a pull request is an issue in github, thus the url is the same
- issue_title: needed to aggregate issue and pull request info together
  by their title
- issue_id_in_repo: needed to aggregate issue and pull request info together
  by their ID

Schemas have been updated accordingly.
