refactoring - commonality for FS and EC

moved StudiedFactorsHelper to the libs (out of the view helpers) and renamed substances, as this is what it related to.
created a model concern for commonality between factors studied and experimental conditiions.
all together in an Seek::ExperimentalFactors namespace
