nm/nmclient: Fix the leak of NM.Client

In NM 1.22, NM.Client require explicitly clean via
`NM.Client.get_context_busy_watcher()`.

Added new decorator `libnmstate.nm.nmclient.nmclient_context()` to
explicitly release the `NM.Client` before function return.

Integration test added to run `libnmstate.show()` for 100 times and then
check whether the amount of opened file descriptor is the same.
