Prevent db access from stopped services [ECR-2334]: (#1365)

Prevented database access from stopped services by
providing each with a separate, per-service, Node instance
that gets closed once the service is requested to stop.

A stopped service must not request new Snapshot in its
API handlers because its data might have been changed
(e.g., by a successfull execution of a migration script).

Also, destroy the native Node when the runtime is closed
to prevent leaks.
