DEC-244:
 -Modified base Generator class to act a bit more like a factory. Can now pass in the subclass of generator to use and the Generator class will handle instantiation of that class and calling the appropriate method with the given parameters. This has reduced it to 2 lines for the calling method and will keep all of the fresh_when/stale calls the same across all controllers so that you can easily identify what is being used to generate the cache_key.
 -Extended Section JSON decorator to easily access the associated items children.
