Support Case Sensitive Trie dictionaries. (#170)

* [cspell-trie-lib] Add a faster trie build method.

* Refactor SpellingDictionary into separate files.

* Forbidden words need to be explicitly checked.

* [cspell-trie-lib] export the simple dictionary parser

* Make sure suggestions do not use the special sub nodes.

* Filter out non-strings from the processing.

* Have the dictionary lookup reflect the new trie format.

* Add a test for isSizeKnown

* Improve the hinted walker to guess based upon the depth

* Move TriOptions too TrieNode and create a root version

* Move defaultTrieOptions to constants

* Move options into TrieRoot

* Improve hinting

* Add ability to include ties in the suggestions.
