perf(jsx): Double `FETCHING_POSTS_PER_PAGE` and half `MAPPED_POSTS_FETCHING_POSTS_PER_PAGE`.

To reduce load on DynamoDB for multiple clients. It takes way too long for Dynamo to find 64 posts in a given geographic area, and we ask Dynamo way too many requests just looking at the normal blog with some normal scrolling.
