Remove -B option for overriding the architecture

The documentation for it claimed that "[u]nder rare circumstances, it
may be necessary to override this name" but I simply can't come up
with any that are not contrived and highly dangerous, and which are not
more easily resolved by renaming or copying a few `bin` subdirectories
inside packages
