Fix for removing Twitter usernames not working

There was a bug in the code that set values in sub arrays like
'identifiers' and 'contact_details', where if you tried to set the
field to the empty string, that change wouldn't actually be
written back to the sub array. This commit fixes that, and updates
the test data (which was wrong)...
