=BG= #15 Store all configuration variables in the context object

- Instead of relying on environment variables throughout
- API change:
  - non-breaking, callback now is called with a second parameter - the context variable
  - intended for use by caller to inspect the variables set (see tests for example of how this is done)
- This means that configuration can potentially be read in from a JSON config file or something similar
  - TODO Ad abiliaty to be configured using a config file
- Environment  variables still have a role: they can be used to override the initial value of the config object
