Ignore invalid requests (#400)

* Use environment variable for operator namespace

The problem with using `k8sutil.GetOperatorNamespace` is that it makes it very difficult
to unit test with since the /var/run/.../namespace file doesn't normally
exist unless you are running in the cluster.

* Ignore invalid requests

Since all of our secondary watches are being enqueued as requests for
name: hyperconverged-cluster namespace: ${operator_ns}. We need to let a
user know why we are ignoring invalid requests.

* Verify invalid request in controller test

Updates the controller test to include verification for our handling of
invalid requests.
