okay, probably we don't want to set the Mcrit when LW=0 to be
molecular cooling threshold...
So tracking literature finds that in the old times, people were using
mu = 0.59 for neutral gas as well (see Wise & Abel07). This might be
the reason why the normalization is close to TtoM(T=600, mu=0.59).
Since TtoM(T=600, mu=1.22) gives very small mass < 1e5, which ought
to have minimal contribution to photons. I'm renaming some value while
keeping the function for molecular_cooling_threshold
