1. FluxDispatcher and FluxStore code simplified by removing
thread synchronization parts.
2. Dispatcher and Store should be accessed only from the main
thread, if used to manage components of UIKit and SwiftUI.
3. Actions will always dispatch on the main thread regardless of
the current queue if extension method ‘dispatch’ of FluxAction
is used. This guarantee that all store states will always be synced
with bonded UI components.
