Add travis CI.
Change how `redssh.RedSSH._read_iter()` works to allow for SCP to work correcly.
Fix SCP `redssh.scp.RedSCP.put_folder()` and `redssh.scp.RedSCP.read()`.
Fix SCP `redssh.sftp.RedSFTP.put_folder()` to make the `iter` argument the same as `redssh.scp.RedSCP.read()`.
Bug found in remote tunnels, attempted fix.
Remove old test SSH servers and replace with test suite from ssh2-python.
Remove unrequired dependencies and add new dependency for new test SSH server.
Completely overhual tests for new SSH test server.
Make `redssh.sftp.SFTP().put_folder()` only take directories and make sure to at least try to create that initial directory.
Update CI script.
Update copyright year.
Version bump.
